    Nicely furnished units with fresh coffee, a private balcony, for example, and the staff were helpful. The location couldn't be more excellent right by the restaurant. The food was fine, outstanding.

    We just came back from a 5-night stay, and the rooftop pool was perfect. The breakfast at Olivia was a daily treat, especially the smoothies, and our room was super spacious and well-decorated. The only bummer was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't really take away from our awesome experience 🌴

    Very friendly and extremely helpful staff onsite. Well furnished, stylish room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. Incredible view from the window to the sea.

    A chic getaway with quirks

    Waking up each morning was pure bliss, as we enjoyed breakfast at Olivia with fine views of the beach. Criselda's towel designs.

    We faced some inconveniences, like missing coffee deliveries and feeling a bit overlooked compared to others indulging at the rooftop pool. The noise from neighbors was also bothersome.

    The King Suite with Balcony was spacious and beautifully decorated. The restaurant featured awesome breakfast options, and the staff were great, especially our waiter Calletano.

    perfect for exploring the best of tulum's attractions and parks

    I loved being just a few steps from both the fine Sunrise Beach and vibrant local eateries like Casa Banana Steak House. After spending each day walking through the charming streets and relaxing in beautiful parks, coming back to our comfortable King Suite with Balcony made it all the more enjoyable.
